Training and consulting on collection of overdue receivables – their purpose is to give theoretical and practicable skills in the area of problem receivables. They could be oriented to employees, whose work is focused on collection of overdue receivables at operative level, as well as to employees, who manage processes, related to the company’s cash flows. Special forms for presentation of the newest methods for control of the processes of emergence of problem receivables through group training and individual consultations have been prepared for the managers.
